The Townsite Motel #8

If I could get the Townsite six stars I totally would! We stayed here for about 7 months and I have no complaints. It's a great location, right downtown and it's a small property so you don't get lost in the shuffle. Everybody here is pretty quiet. The rooms are a bit on the small side but, they are remodeled, super comfy, updated (modern) and really feel like home. The housekeeper is incredible and always make sure the room is spotlessly clean, when i do request housekeeping services. She goes out of her way to make sure that I have the towels and linens that I need, as well as those little coffees and creamer and whatever other little extras she can provide, making our stay even more comfortable. Again, the location is right downtown so you're close to the casinos, restaurants & bars, as well as the bus line, should you need, the river, several parks, oh yeah, and the dog park! My dogs were incredibly ĥappy withthat convenience! And finally as always, Holly, the Host/ property manager, is absolutely 100% the best. She is always available it seems 24/7 as she responds super fast to any text or phone call message that I left her. Not only does she respond quickly, but she quickly resolves whatever the issue may be. She does an amazing job and I am so glad to have met her. She goes out of her way to do the little things that people forget like calling when I was sick to check on me she always has an encouraging word and a smile. She just makes you want to smile and is always genuine and just makes you feel really comfortable like you are home. So the location the price the staff the rooms everything is great absolutely wonderful would stay here again and again and would absolutely recommend if you get the opportunity to stay here in downtown Reno, stay at the Town site

Great place! The host, Holly, is awesome. She is super attentive and available pretty much 24/7. She respond quickly to calls and/ or texts and quickly resolved any issues that have come up. As with any place in down town Reno, or any city for that matter, sometimes it is a bit noisy. It is a college town and there are several bars or clubs within walking distance. So the weekends are a little noisy. The rooms are remodeled and super cute. I love the barn did on the bathroom. House keeping does an excellent job! And best of all, pet friendly. All and all, its a great little spot with on site parking for guests which is also a huge plus for staying anywhere downtown. Its clean, convenient, priced fairly, and again , Holly is the best!!
